Can I just purchase one box?
Yes, the minimum purchase is one box. A single box without membership cost $55 and The Intro Box is $35.00
Can I start a subscription for the seasonal quarterly boxes in the middle of the year?
Yes. Our quarterly boxes are sent out in March, June, September and December. If you sign up for a yearly subscription you will commit to the rest of the year in which you sign up. E.g. if you sign up in January, you will get 4 boxes that year. If you sign up in April, you will get 3 boxes, etc. Yearly renewals are done in January – regardless of when you sign up. However early renewals can be done between November 24 to December 31st. (may receive discount for early renewal)
When will I be billed for my Butterfly Box Subscription?
When you join as a Member of BUTTERFLY BOXES, you will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve the upcoming seasonal box(es) for the duration of your chosen subscription term.
When you subscribe to a Quarterly Membership, you will be charged $54.95 USD (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) at the time of purchase for your first BUTTERFLY BOX. After that, you will be automatically charged a $54.95 USD (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) on the 1st of each seasonal month (March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, December 1st) for each BUTTERFLY BOX until the membership is cancelled.
When you subscribe to an Annual Membership, you receive four BUTTERFLY BOXES at a discounted rate, saving $20 USD for the year — or $5 USD per box — as a perk of making a longer term commitment to the Membership. You will be charged $199.80 USD (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable**) at the time of purchase for your first year of seasonal BUTTERFLY BOXES. This purchase is nonrefundable and includes all four quarters of BUTTERFLY BOXES (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter). After that, your Annual Subscription will automatically renew each year at the start of the quarter on the 1st of that seasonal month*, and your account will be charged $199.80 USD, until cancelled.
* Renewals set for the Winter season will take place between November 15 to December 31.

Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we do not offer international shipping. We ship only to the Contiguous U.S.
How long does Shipping take?
Our packages are sent with USPS and the estimated time is 5-7 business days from the date of the order.
For international shipping, the estimated time is 14 business day. Of course, this may vary depending on the country and their postal services.
The seasonal (quarterly) boxes will be shipped around the 15thof March, June, September and December
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is only offered with purchase of $100 or more.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is collected when shipping to states and cities where state tax applies.
All BUTTERFLY BOX purchases are final and nonrefundable. That said, Quarterly and Annual Members can cancel their BUTTERFLY BOX subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.
By canceling your subscription with BUTTERFLY BOX, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any seasonal boxes remaining under your subscription term (whether you are a Quarterly or Annual Member) prior to its next renewal date. A cancellation part-way through an Annual Member’s subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in their annual term prior to renewal. For example, if your Annual Subscription began (or will begin) with the Summer Box, you must cancel your subscription prior to June 1, 2021 to prevent the subscription from renewing for the following year. In this example, an Annual Member who cancels their subscription prior to June 1, 2021, will still receive the Summer ‘21, Fall ‘21, Winter ‘21, and Spring ‘21 Boxes that they have prepaid for — but will not be further charged.

Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund you. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each quarterly renewal date. Once a box enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel the order and prevent the box from shipping to its destination. If you made a mistake during checkout or have a sudden change of heart, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we’ll absolutely do our best to accommodate a refund, if possible, before your BUTTERFLY BOX enters the fulfilment process. Once your order has entered the fulfilment process, it is considered final and nonrefundable.
*NOTE: If you would like to CANCEL your subscription, you can do so by sending an email to email@example.com.
Does Butterfly Box accepts returns?
All BUTTERFLY BOX purchases, both subscription and one time Box purchases, are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced! In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages in your email.
If your delivery is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If BUTTERFLY BOX is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of BUTTERFLY BOX.
We deeply regret any time one of Member’s experience is impacted as a result of a damaged or incomplete shipment. Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that some individual subscribers have disingenuously engaged in the reselling of BUTTERFLY BOX goods misrepresented as damaged or missing. Such behavior impacts our ability to provide the best possible customer service and to get high quality products in the hands of members at the lowest possible price. To protect the interests of our Members, we reserve the right to terminate a customer’s subscription(s) in the event of a fraudulent claim.
